It boasts a marvellous view of the tuscan countryside, from the olive trees to the grapevines of the renown Biserno estate nearby.
Airy and comfortable, it has air conditioning so that you can sleep well even in the hottest of nights.

Syrah

This room is located on the ground floor.
It has two single beds which can be put together if needed.
En suite bathroom and air conditioning are just a few of its features.
Its discreet location and the view from the garden to the sea make it one of our guest´s favourites.

Cabernet Sauvignon

The second room on the first floor. It has two single beds which can be put together if needed.
The fully equipped bathroom is located in the antechamber.
The view of the tuscan countryside, with its olive trees, cypresses and grapevines, the brightness and the position make it a particularly well regarded and often requested room.
This room also has air conditioning.

Cabernet Franc

Double room on the ground floor, wide and cozy with a large en suite bathroom.
It faces the private garden and it offers beautiful glimpses of olive trees, hills and the sea on the horizon.
Fresh and sunny, the perfect place to have some privacy.
